Icelandic Volcanoes
There are 35 active volcanoes in Iceland, which of those 35, 3 are considered to be major volcanoes; Hekla, Katla and Grimsvotn.

There are a number of glaciers in Iceland. obviously with recent events with Eyjafjallajökull erupting people are starting to take much more notice of the Glaciers and Volcanoes in Iceland.
Glacier cover around 11% of the land in Iceland. The largest of the glaciers in Iceland is Vatnajökull which covers over 8,300 km².
